U.S. Asia Center to Sponsor Asian Fortune Diversity Job Fair

Washington, DC - U.S. Asia Center (USAC) and United States Asian Business Council (USABC) announced today their sponsorship of Asian Fortune's Diversity Job Fair on Thursday, November 15.

The Diversity Job Fair will take place from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Hilton Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia. www.crystalcitynationalairport.hilton.com.

Top corporations as well as federal and state government agencies will be represented at the job fair. Those in attendance will include Allstate Insurance Company, Architect of the Capitol, Arlington County Police Department, Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Department, Montgomery College, Naval Sea Systems Command, Harris Teeter, United Airlines, Cox Communications, International Broadcasting Bureau, Kiewit, NOAA, Safeway, Smithsonian, Strayer University, U.S. Government Accountability Office, and Washington Metro Area Transit Authority.

Angela An, Executive Director of USAC, stated "There is great importance in having a diversity job fair in D.C. It not only promotes the opportunities in the private and public sector but also showcases the large diverse pool of people that exists in the D.C. metropolitan area."
